White BoardRaise your hand if your church or home has an innovations room. No? Well it should! An Innovations room is a space where creativity can flow, ideas develop, and goals strategized. Creating a place where your staff and volunteers can go to find inspiration and collaborate changes the way you approach teamwork. It is a great space for weekly staff meetings to be held. This innovations room has white board walls – one white and one clear – a television to screencast a computer screen for easier collaboration, and a big table furnished with a variety of chairs. Create an Innovations room, corner, or nook, where you and your coworkers can come together to strategize and dream up ideas. It doesn’t have to take much.
